AFHA seeks youth volunteer for child, youth and women empowerment.

Some active youth volunteers had initiated the AFHA   for human rights and social justice in Nepalese community. AFHA has been functioning on same spirit by volunteerism as in the beginning. It’s a responsibility of AFHA to carry on their vision. It is serving the society on the volunteer basis. It is meaningful to utilize the knowledge and skill for the empowerment of marginalized people. To facilitate this opportunity for youth, AFHA come up with an idea of VOLUNTEER EXCHANGE.

Volunteer exchange is mainly for two objectives- firstly, to bring the improvement in the living standard of poor and marginalized people specially focussing in child, women and youth. Secondly, support for organization management of AFHA. AFHA believes on the practical learning of people in social field will be important to bring change in general people lives.

Many awareness programmes and campaigns on civil and political rights to local community were conducted massively in Banke district.

How to be Volunteer

• Exchanging the learning through communication technology
• Study visit to the host organization and community to learn good practice,
• Direct participation in program planning, implimentation, monitoring and evaluation process of host organization and its partners in community level.
• supporting for organization management and development of host organization and its partners
• support for fund raising and resource management for community intitiative of Host organization.

who can be the volunteer

• Social worker, development practioner, student.       
• Energetic people from any part of the Nepal or all over the world.   
• Interested people single or in group.

Process

• Interested volunteer should send the letter of interest ahd CV by the e-mail of AFHA
• AFHA will send the application form with the term and condition.
• If the interested volunteeer is agree with term and condition, he/she/they will be selected
• There will be a local volunteer to support guest volunteer regularlly.
